Shipping policy
We can organise delivery of sauna and bath equipment nationewide.
Pure Sweat Sauna delivers nationwide through Move Freight at very reasonable rates. In most cases, they can deliver directly to your door. Please note that freight costs do increase for rural deliveries. In those instances, we suggest pickup from their depot. Our saunas fit comfortably on most standard trailers. We provide tracking details on all purchases.
How much is shipping?
Free freight via 'Standard Post' delivery is available New Zealand wide on orders of all products and accessories under $150, excluding saunas and ice baths. Our delivery rates around the country are very reasonable as we pass the direct rates on to you with no markup. For an idea of costs, please contact sales.
When you go through the purchase phase you will come to delivery.
The anticipated delivery charges will be notified to you when you complete your order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. for bulky/heavy items). We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than those anticipated.
How long does standard shipping normally take?
- North Island - expect delivery in 1-4 business days.
- South Island - expect delivery in 3-7 business days.
- Freight Times on larger items such as Sauna and Ice Baths expect delivery in 7 days.
