Anu is a native of Finland and spent 21 years of her life in Finland the home of sauna. During that time, she experienced thousands of different saunas from traditional smoke sauna through to wood and electric sauna with all providing a different sauna experience.
Trevor’s love of sauna was a slow burn, and it wasn’t until he meet Anu and discovered the cultural aspects of Finnish sauna-ing that he truly fell in love with the experience. A typical Finnish sauna experience would be going to visit one of Anu’s friends whom Trevor did not know and within half an hour being with other men naked in a sauna. A quick-fire way to get to know a Finn as it is where Finnish feel the most relaxed and the worries of the outside world disappear.
The other amazing thing about sauna besides the health benefits is that almost every sauna experience and room can feel different. The size of the sauna, the different wood or heater used can provide a vastly different feel. On a recent visit to Finland, Trevor and Anu visited Sauna World (Yes That Really Exists in Finland) where you can experience 10 different Sauna’s all in the same complex. From Cave Sauna to Swedish Sauna and our favourite the smoke Sauna.
As a family we Sauna 3-4 times weekly and would probably be more if Trevor had his way. We love to combine Sauna with the Ice Bath and have noticed incredible health benefits from this regiment.

The law sets out very clear standards around businesses not being misleading in promotions and customers have the rights to have faulty or substandard products, repaired, replaced or refunded and returned if needed.
