Trevor and Anu have worked in tourism and the health and the wellness space for the last 25 years and understand the commitment needed to provide the best quality of service. We have operated our businesses at a high level putting us in the top tier of tourism products worldwide.
We believe in the quality of our Saunas and their ability to handle New Zealand’s harsh environmental conditions.
We also believe and abide by The Consumer Guarantees and Fair-Trading Acts are the legal documents which we have based our policies on. The law sets out very clear standards around businesses not being misleading in promotions and customers have the rights to have faulty or substandard products, repaired, replaced or refunded and returned if needed. Based in Rotorua but Ship Nationwide
We are based in Rotorua and have saunas available for viewing at our warehouse. We can ship our products nationwide and offer an assembly service if needed.
Our Saunas are delivered flat packed to help ensure cost savings for the consumer or can be hand delivered within most North Island locations. For South Island deliveries we will be using only reputable transport companies.
Our Range
While our range is currently small, we believe our outdoor sauna products to be great quality. We will be adding to this over the months to include a wider range of quality Sauna products and Ice Baths along with additional products to aid in a complete Sauna and Ice Bath experience.
