We believe in the quality of our Saunas and their ability to handle New Zealand’s harsh environmental conditions.
We also believe and abide by The Consumer Guarantees and Fair-Trading Acts are the legal documents which we have based our policies on. The law sets out very clear standards around businesses not being misleading in promotions and customers have the rights to have faulty or substandard products, repaired, replaced or refunded and returned if needed. Based in Rotorua but Ship Nationwide
We are based in Rotorua and have a sauna available for viewing. While we don't operate a traditional showroom, we can arrange for you to view saunas that our customers have purchased throughout New Zealand. We offer nationwide shipping (please request a quote for freight - let us know if you require rural delivery).
